EVOLVE Nation National Cooperative

EVOLVE Nation, launching in January 2026, will empower the next generation of South African social entrepreneurs. Through mentorship, skills development, and collaborative opportunities, EVOLVE Nation provides the tools and ecosystem needed to turn innovative ideas into sustainable ventures.

EVOLVE Academy is the education and skills development arm of D&C Consultants SA, designed to equip learners, youth, and social entrepreneurs with the practical knowledge and tools they need to succeed in a rapidly evolving world. Through a blend of digital learning, hands-on training, and mentorship, EVOLVE Academy offers:

EVOLVE+, previously known as SkillBridge, is D&C Consultants SA’s innovative platform focused on upskilling, reskilling, and connecting talent to opportunities. It bridges the gap between learning and real-world application, helping learners, professionals, and entrepreneurs acquire the skills needed to thrive in today’s economy.

EVOLVE+ transforms skills into action, empowering individuals to succeed and communities to prosper, while maintaining continuity from its SkillBridge roots.

 

Serving the community

D&C Consultants SA is excited to introduce an innovative app that turns sustainable habits into rewards. Through our recycling partners, we have identified the need in the recycling industry and provided this platform, which combines environmental education, gamification, and practical action to engage users in recycling and community upliftment.

This collaborative recycling project empowers individuals to make a difference, learn valuable skills, and be rewarded for taking care of the planet.

During the first three quarters of 2025, D&C Consultants SA undertook a rigorous Research & Development phase, focusing on innovative solutions in social entrepreneurship, digital learning, and community empowerment. This phase included:

  • Testing initiatives with over 70 host organisations nationwide.
  • Developing scalable programs for youth skills development and social impact.
  • Refining digital tools and mentorship frameworks to ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Gathering actionable data to inform Phase 2 of our initiatives.
